We have the following quality policy to put into practice our basic idea of “We will contribute to advancement of the healthcare industry by providing high-value-added solutions to our clients.”

  • Timely: Supplying services at optimal timing for the customer
  • Quality: Supplying services of appealing quality to the customer
  • Cost-oriented: Supplying services at affordable or reasonable prices for the customer
  • Behavior: Taking the initiative to act from the customer’s perspective.

This policy will be practiced in accordance with the following action guidelines:

  1. Customer-oriented: We always place the highest priority on meeting clients’ needs and providing high-value-added services.
    We understand their problems and needs correctly from the customers’ viewpoints, and suggest business plans.
  2. Business-oriented: We will contribute to the advancement of society through sustained development of our businesses.
    We explain our policy and plan precisely before providing services, and execute sensible organization control and business management in a cost-effective way.
  3. Human-oriented: We will grow through our service to clients, and improve quality of life (QOL) of all our stakeholders.
    We always make an effort to learn, study, or explore broad knowledge and technology, and pay attention to communication (neither too much nor too little), and security of customer information.
